An employee of fast-food Chinese restaurant Hungry Ninja in Valencia was arrested Friday and charged with making pictures of female co-workers undressing in a restroom, authorities said.

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station deputies arrested the suspect, Diego Ortiz, of Santa Clarita, at the restaurant Friday around 3 p.m.

The arrest occurred after a female co-worker discovered a cell phone video camera hidden in the employee's restroom and made a report at the sheriff's station, said Sgt. Gary Parker.

The camera was hidden in a box behind a pinhole, Parker said.

Ortiz was released from custody Saturday on notice to appear in court, according to Parker.

The owner of Hungry Ninja was not immediately available for comment.
