According to the city's Web site, representatives from contributing project partners MTA, Los Angeles County, Caltrans and Newhall Land celebrated the completion of the multi-million dollar construction project designed to ease traffic congestion at one of the most frequently used highway arteries.

The expansion project was funded through Los Angeles County, Newhall Land and Metro.
