I wrote a published Letter to the Editor to the SCV Signal about "Trader Joe's smart move" (The Signal, Sept. 14). The parking at the Bouquet Canyon Plaza was already designed before Trader Joe's moved in.
There were many more empty parking spaces before Trader Joe's occupied its recent store, which made it easy to find and negotiate a parking space. Management of the Bouquet Canyon Plaza is at fault for not taking into consideration the influx of customers that Trader Joe's draws.
The parking spaces should have double white lines on either side, which would allow an easier access to exit a car and an easier access to enter a car.
Linda, I side with your perplexing concern, but if you approach Trader Joe's management they are very amiable to constructive criticism and open to new ideas.
Trader Joe's management will hopefully approach the management of the Bouquet Canyon Plaza to improve the parking.
Linda, you are right, "size matters."
