Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley is accepting scholarship applications from local women majoring in business-related studies for the Jane M. Klausman Scholarship for Women in Business.

The application deadline is April 1 and the $1,000 scholarship will be awarded in May. Jane M. Klausman scholarships are designed to support women who are pursuing a business-related degree in college and demonstrate outstanding potential in business related fields.

Once selected, the winning local candidate will receive the $1,000 scholarship and then progress to the Zonta District 9 level, where one outstanding candidate will be selected to compete internationally for 12 additional International Jane M. Klausman
