A number of local offices will be closed Friday to observe the Fourth of July.
n City Hall and all city offices will be closed, though the activity, aquatics and community centers will remain open.
n All county offices will be closed.
n The Valencia, Newhall and Canyon Country branches of the County of Los Angeles Public Library will be closed.
n The campuses of College of the Canyons, The Master's College and California Institute of the Arts will be closed.
n There will be limited service on Santa Clarita Transit Route 799 with service to Los Angeles.
