Construction has finished on Centre Pointe Village, a 15-acre retail project in Canyon Country, general contractor Oltmans Construction Co. announced Monday.
Mark Bergman, project manager for Whittier-based Oltmans Construction, reported that Centre Pointe Village, located adjacent to Golden Valley Road and
McKeon Way, comprises 133,000 square feet of space.
The center consists of six buildings and includes a 58,890-square-foot structure held by Dick's Sporting Goods, a 30,000-square-foot building occupied by
Babies R Us, a 24,970-square-foot building held by Easy Life Furniture, a 7,000-square-foot building occupied by G Stage Clothing, and two structures of 5,561 and 6,163 square feet.
The estimated value of the project is $22 million.
There are two small areas of 8,000 square feet yet to market, and approximately 30,000 square feet of build-to-suit space is available.
