Former Dodgers attend annual benefit leadoff event
Murray, Russell, Malone plug June 14 Boys & Girls Club auction

The Boys & Girls Club of the Santa Clarita Valley hosted "A Night on the Diamond" at Newhall Park on Wednesday, the leadoff event for the club's 37th annual benefit.

Several former Dodger players and executives attended, including Eddie Murray, Bill Russell and Kevin Malone.

Wednesday's festivities began the campaign leading up to the 37th Annual Boys & Girls Club Auction, which will be held from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. June 14 at Mann Biomedical Park in Valencia. Proceeds from the auction and dinner will benefit the 3,500 youngsters the SCV clubs serve.
