More "rewards" to the resident of SCV for encouraging illegal immigrant criminals to hang around.

Every state that has passed concealed firearm permits to citizens without felonies or violent crime has seen it's crime rates fall by up to and more than 30%.It's time for California to allow it's citizens those same rights to protect themselves.Statistics show that law enforcement shows up after a crime occurs not before.A fact even the police wont deny.Criminals are very cowardly and dont victimize those who are able to defend themselves.Imagine how many crimes could have been stopped if the right person has a firearm at the ready.In California the criminals have more rights than the law abiding citizens.It's time to execute Lifers,Third Strikers,Child Molesters,Gangmembers,Rapist,ETC.This would prevent further crime and open more space in our prisons for other offenders.Unfortunately Blazingmonkey when it comes to being tough on crime,liberals are'nt willing to fight back against the criminals in our state.Why I dont know as both parties are the victims of crime.I am no longer a Republican but am an Independent,but on crime prevention I have to side with the Reps on public safety.Liberals seem to want to place the blame of criminals on society and make the criminal the victim instead of the crime victims.I will never understand this about liberals.
