Senior Lunch Menu
Available Monday through Friday at the SCV Senior Center in Newhall, and at Bouquet Canyon Seniors. Also available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at the Masonic Lodge in Friendly
Valley (661) 299-4595.
Monday - Teriyaki chicken
Tuesday - BBQ pork riblet sandwich
Wednesday - Herb baked chicken
Thursday - Pork chops
Friday - Baked fish with dill sauce
Note: Menu is subject to change.

Nov. Senior Calendar
The Castaic Regional Sports Complex will host the following events for seniors:
Nov. 21 - Thanksgiving pot luck luncheon: 10 a.m. to noon in the community room.

Food for the Soul
Put smiles on the faces and warm the hearts of homebound seniors when you become a Home-Delivered Meal driver.
Become a part of our volunteer team to ensure that no senior goes without a meal.
Help is desperately needed for as little as two and one-half hours one day a week or even one day a month (Monday through Friday, 10:30 am-1 p.m.). Vehicles provided. Contact the SCV Senior Center: (661) 259-9444.
